• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
• You may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the trip is scheduled to take place with no penalty.
• If you cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, we will charge you one half of the original fare up until 3 hours before the order. 
• Orders cancelled less than 3 hours before the order will be charged full charge.
• There is no charge for cancelled flights or cruises.

There will be no smoking of ANYTHING in our vehicles. Anyone who smokes will incur a $100 surcharge and asked to extinguish the cigar, cigarette or pipe immediately.  If you are booked by the hour, the driver will gladly find an appropriate place to pull over.
